Hi friends...

some details about my case:

My birth date:2-Jan-1991

3 -Oct 2009:Petition filed Filled the I-130 for by my Mom..Green card Holder...F2A Category..currently she is in India...but has a valid green card

6 -Oct 2009:I-130 recieved by NVC

10-Aug 2010:My Priority Date becomes current in the Sept 2010 bulletin issued.

18-Oct 2010:Affidavit of Support sent to NVC +$88.

10-Dec 2010:Retrogression Priority date become 01 Jan 2008

21-Dec 2010:NVC received the DS-230 and asked for missing docs.

14-Mar 2010:Send remaining docs.

After that there has been no reply whtsoever from the NVC...

I will turn 21 on 2-Jan-2012.

Will I be eligible for CSPA??

What things should I do inorder to fasttrack my case..

Please Reply as soon as possible....

length of time immigrant petition pending :8 years 2 months 17 days

ds 230 and other documents submit : 25th october 2010

get checklist (rfe ) via email from nvc : 20 november 2010

submitted required documents like pcc ., additional sponcer : 20 december 2010

AOS fee payment proceed date :19 august 2010 (88$)

visa fee payment process date:14 October 2010 ( for my parents ,one brother and for me 404$*4=1616 $ )

case completes according to avr of nvc : 11th january 2011 (documentary qualified )

current from AUG2010 to JAN2011

my dob 3rd july 1991

i m turning 21 in thin july...and it looks like my pd will be current in august ...

is there anything to worry ? will i get my iv ?
