I need Help and Information Guys!

Ive been married for 3 years and with my american husband for 8 years now (total), who I got him a permanent residence here in the Philippines,.

We just found out that he has a mass in his kidney and we did all the necessary tests like blood, urine, ultrasound and citi scan.

There finding is 85% renal carsanoma or cancer. Our doctors here suggest for surgery and that is fine but we are hoping this mass is benign.

We both want to make sure and seek for second opinion in the states. I want to be with be with him while he is going thru all this tests and the entire process. My husband doesn't want to go home but I told him this is the only way and I believe that the treatment back in the sates are more advance.

Now we are trying to get me there but we don't know which is faster and will give me a visa. 3 years ago we were not married then I applied for a tourist visa twice I got denied. Right now in our situation. I'm willing to go through the same process again. I just need advice on what I need to do and what would be the best way to go there to visit or take care an ill relative or in my case my husband.

Please help Thank You!
