I agree! They would NEVER do Idol though.

I am rooting for Kat. I think she's great, and I like a little goofy in a gal. But Chris will likely win, because he's marketable, pretty good, and they haven't had a boy idol in years.

i was VERY impressed with katherine last night... i have to disagree with the judges... i thought she was great!!!

what got me tho was... the judges tell katherine she was not as good as whitney houston... but tell elliot that he was just as good as donny holiday...

I thought the same thing. She sounded great on my television. Seems to me a lot of past idol contestants have sung Whitney and Celine and they weren't all lectured for it.

I have to agree with the judges about Katharine. I think if you listen to it again, you'll hear how she strains. When Whitney sings it, it's effortless.
