what was up with those bad 70s polyester lounge lizard pants kevin had on?

tobe said they were to showcase his tiny little ba11s... but i think they must be HUGE cajones to stand up on that stage and really believe that he has it all going on... hes getting WAAAAAYYYYY too cocky
