I heard one of the girls had stripper moves. Is this true? It piqued my interest.

LOL, I was wondering why the heck you were posting in this thread.:P

I'm a fan but my schedule doesn't allow me to watch it this year. :)

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

hey guys thanks for holding off but you could have talked about it, I avoided this thread until now :P

I just watched it....

I felt sad for Stevie, she sounded much better tonight then she did the other night  ... she did say she hadn't been feeling good.... I think some of the other girls should have gone before her, like that one chick with the long blonde hair not the Pickler chick but the other one, I don't even remember what she sang :P

as for the guys, I didn't really like Patrick but there were other guys who sang worse then he did, like Bucky :P

I am glad Bobby went, he annoyed me :P

Normally we just watch the auditions, prefer to watch people make an ### out of themselves!! lol A few real good singers in the bunch, most are just plain good, but not "idol" material.

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

I think that is the most entertaining of this whole series.....ppl who just go and give it their best aka their worst....but hey at least they do....I wouldn't....I have on a drunken night in an English pub and am so pleased I didn't have to hear what Simon Cowell had to think....

I am embarrassed to admit I like the show, lol. BUT I hate the auditions parts - I dont start watching til its down to the last 24.

And I LOVE Simon Cowell - usually I agree with him too - I mean they arent there to win popularity contests - he's there to give his opinion - UNLIKE Paula who if she can't find a good word to say (unusual) goes on about what a good personality they have or 'I like your dress' makes me want to slap her

They got rid of 3 I def agreed with this week ( I Know its the phone vote not the judges) - that Stevie (her rendition of that song frankly scared me) - some pretty brunette who murdered a number and the dude who sang 'Copacabana' (####### was THAT all about) in the, as Vic Reeves might say 'club style' (which is not good, lol) The other guy I thought he shuda stayed on..wished they'd got rid of the one with glasses who looks about 12 instead but oh well..lol

I also have to confess that I also watch 'The Biggest Loser' (these are the ONLY 2 reality tv shows I watch if you don't count COPS and Police Beat) - I like that one as well..but not as much as either the original 'Pop Idol' (the UK started it, sorry America, you can hate us for that one lol) or the American version.

Sad, sad, sad..lol

Honestly, I thought the show tonight was a little boring. I think it was the songs that most of them chose. I did like Mandisa and Lisa. I didn't necessarily think that they chose songs that highlighted their voices but they always sing well.

I thought the judges were on crack when they said that wasn't Katherine MCPhee's best performance... I thought she did an amazing job with that song  I think she could sing the phone book and it would sound goood

I don't like Kinnick :P .. that was a weird song choice she had

Afraid I don't know her name but the older (hah! she's only 28!) black lady, very stylish, who has very long earrings - does anyone but me think she looks a dead ringer for Angela Jolie?? Girl could make a fortune in movies I feel.

Kinnick, I think... she has the big lips

it seems like the judges want them all to sing rocked out songs or something, they never seem to like the slow songs.... it was strange who they liked last night and who they didn't.... I really thought all the judges were on crack or something :P
