December 13, 2007 - I-751 submitted to NSC (removing of conditions fun begins...)

December 22 - Received a rejection notice because the form was not "properly signed". Package itself was not returned.

January 1, 2008 - Received packet back from CSC. They are requesting we resubmit the packet (which is already organized by CSC) with a properly signed form.

January 2 - Packet resubmitted to California.

January 12 - NOA1 received (dated 01/07/2008)

January 19 - Biometrics appointment notice received (dated 01/15/2008)

February 1 - Biometrics

March 11 - Approved! Card production ordered (notified via e-mail).

March 20, 2008 - New card arrived in the mail :)

Done until 2018 :)

I forgot to tape American idol last night so I missed it completely...and didn't even know who got voted off tonight! Paris, hmm that's kind of sad. But honestly this year I don't have a huge favorite...kind of disappointing. :( I also missed Amazing Race tonight!! :crying:

SOOOOO glad Paris is gone. I liked her at first, and I still think she has an amazing voice(esp. compared to that squeak she SPEAKS with! :lol: ) but she's just really been on my nerves lately..how she acts, how shes' been singing, her past drama queen stuff on stage bawling her eyes out when ANYONE left...anyway...she's sweet, but it was time to GO! JMO. ;) M.

Paris has a really good voice but the last couple of weeks she has been trying to act more grown-up or something .... she shold have just acted her own age and it would have been a lot better :yes:

I didn't really like Paris from the beginning on. I didn't like her voice she speaks with, the way she dresses and the way she acts...I was kinda glad to see that she had to go. Next week it will be Elliotts turn I guess. I think Chris and Kat make it to the finals but from then on I don't think I really care for whoever is going to win. As someone said before...there's not really one of the contestants that sticks out.

*grey charles* that is too hilarious :lol: but hey, he remains the only one to have never been in the bottom three...and I say *go Taylor* he would put on a great concert...the only one of all of them that I would pay good money to see live.

as of Dec 10, 2006 still no greencard....waiting and waiting....USCIS says we are approved, and check back in 60 days...no idea what is happening

Dec 18, email stating welcome letter is in the mail

Dec 20, 5 emails saying they ordered production of my new card......

Dec 24...welcome to America letter in the snail mail

Dec 26...GC in hand and all is correct...

05/01/08 package returned wrong form

05/05/08 re-submitted right form to california

05/09/08 cheque cashed

05/13/08 NOA

05/19/08 appointment letter for biometrics received..appointment on 05/28/08 at 11 am at USCIS St. Paul

05/28/08 took my two appointment letters and had my fingerprints done

11/13/08 touched and email stating card production ordered and will be sent to me in 30 days

11/21/08 GC in hand no mistakes expires 11/13/18

Oct. 6: NOA for AOS, EADand AP received, case was moved from the DC office to MSC

Nov. 23: Biometrics and fingerprint appt.

Nov. 24: AOS and EAD touched

Dec. 3: EAD arrives in the mail!

Sept 19, 2005: E-filed EAD renewal

Sept. 20: I-485 transferred to CSC

Dec 20: RFE notice received

chicken little had an ok voice but Elliotts voice can make you melt :blush:
