As can be seen from my timeline, i am stuck bad. My wife had a miscarriage in June. I requested expedite but never heard anything. RFE documents have been submitted last month. Congressman office told me that they will be scheduling interview in next couple of weeks. Haven't heard anything yet. I want to request another expedite on personal harship. I am seeking therapy and want to know what is the proper way to to do that.

02/07/2011 I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

02/22/2011 Priority date

02/24/2011 Received hard copy of NOA1 in mail

06/11/2011 I-130 transferred to USCIS office

09/02/2011 RFE

09/13/2011 RFE docs delivered to local office

09/29/2011 Additional RFE package delivered

10/11/2011 Senator's office informed APPROVED

11/05/2011 NOA2 in snail mail.....forgot about it...

NVC

10/24/2011 case recieved

11/18/2011 Case # assigned..

11/21/2011 AOS fee paid online & DS-3032 sent through email

11/23/2011 Agent of choice through email accepted. Paid IV fee online..

11/25/2011 Both fees show "paid". Sent AOS & IV in one package...

11/28/2011 AOS & IV packets delivered.../letter rcvd-Expedite request denied..huh..

12/02/2011 RFE on phone for AOS section 25..

12/03/2011 Revised I-864 sent..

12/09/2011 Case complete.

01/26/2012 Medical done..

02/07/2012 Interview done but temp denied.. green 221g

A Hard wait begins...Plz God help....

Im sorry about your wife

the embassy is the one you need to try to do the expedite with since your at the nvc time... you may be able to call NVC and ask them to request expedite with the embassy and have all your medical etc ready to prove it but the embassy rarely allows expedite... so be prepared for that

I am sorry for your loss.

Be careful what you ask for. I seen someone who got approved for thier expedite and then were denied at the interview because the illness that allowed the expedite caused the interviewer to say the benficiary would become a public charge cause they could not work due to illness.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!
