Cspa and Visa interview

Hi..

Me and my brother have interviews in a few days in Pakistan. We are pretty sure my brother will be put into Administative Processing...He is almost 23 years old..protected by cspa..

He will age out soon..

So does age freezes at/after interview? Or will his category change from f2a to f2b??

I am also coverd by cspa and according to my information when u got submit ds.230 after the availabilty of visa number ur age again fareez..and don't worry during administrative process will remain fareez...ok ur brother will get the visa with u inshallah....

This is correct. Your age freezes when a visa number becomes available, as long as you pursue the visa within 1 year. DoS generally interprets this to mean filing a DS-230.

His age froze under CSPA when his Priority Date became current. If his PD is current, he will not age out.
