Getting really FRUSTRATED

Hello VJers...This is just so FRUSTRATING for me and my fiance.. 2 weeks ago my fiance called USCIS to get an update for our K1 status, and to our surprise after waiting for almost 6 months we got an RFE.. :crying: then the agent told us we should have the hard copy within that week.. we waited for the whole week and nothing came.. and last Friday my fiance called again and they said they are going to re-send the letter again.. and now, weekend is coming again no hard copy yet... What's even worst we can't prepare anything for the RFE.. Is that normal for USCiS to over delay the hard copy to send? What should we do? I'm just worried because of the 30day expiry of RFE.. Sorry for ranting.. it is just so frustrating for both of us now..

i am sure the USCIS will not use the 30 day rule if you keep on calling them upon not receiving it, as it is something way out of your control, just wait patiently and i hope it is something small and easily fixable, sorry that you're suffering through the problems of mail

@chris921 thanks for the message.. well, the agent told him that maybe its about additional evidence that we met over the past 2 years but we're not sure unless we have the hardcopy.. but my fiance will ring USciS tomorrow.. i hope he will get some straight answers from them.. :(
