Hi everyone,

Just want to ask, my fiance got 1 kid left here in Philippines - kid had never been to US and minor, He doesn't supported it regularly only during occasions. Will that child still included in household for I-134? Note: he declared the son in his US naturalization but not in his tax. any idea?

not 100% sure but i think the answer is no because the child doesnt live with him and is not dependant on him

YES ALL children count for the I-134 regardless of tax issues or child support, where they live or who they live with. The I-134 is not a tax document. ALL children under tha age of 21 COUNT in family size unless they are over 18 and emancipated. The fact is that at any time the other parent could seek support for that child and that does affect the family size. NOT claiming the child is a matter of material misrepresentation and could result in visa denial for fraud.

Do not even think about it.

The ones who say they aren't counted are wrong. Easy way to not be confused...ALL children count ALL the time
