This one REALLY pisses me off. First of all, when you take a short sale listing, you always know that there's a chance for modification. In fact, I try to get the sellers an acceptable modification first...I may lose a commission, but helping someone keep their home is word of mouth that's worth it's weight in gold.

But look at this realtor...BoA has every right to contact their own customers. BoA owes her nothing. And truthfully, if BoA was able to reconcile the account with the customer, and she's pissed off because she lost money she NEVER EARNED IN THE FIRST PLACE...where the tuque does she have the right to be pissed off?

It's a commission based business, hon....perhaps someone should have fully explained that to you. And someone should also explain apostrophes to you as well, but I don't hold out much hope...
