So I have to file a I-864 for my husband right, as his petitioner.

Then my BIL and SILwants to sponsor, They live with her mom (not related to husband) The mom (SILs MOM) are sponsoring her husband as well but he has been there 3 years and has a job. So can he sponsor us, as a legal resident? The mom also wants to help sponsor us, they live in the same home so if she filled out a I864a could they both sponsor us getting here.

Fell in love on a missions trip in 2005, got married in 07, got pregnant and started IR1 visa process in 08, had baby number 2 in 10, and its now 2011, and we are just now finally getting to the end of this long road. (The mail from the embassy never arrives to my home, causing us trouble. Fingers crossed and prayers going up! Both kids born and raised in Mexico and American citizens by CRBA:

His Appointement is October 25th!

My husband needs a sponsor I dont qualify. So apart from my i864 I must turn in at least another right?

So his brothers wife has offered, and her mother did too. They live together so if Im right his brothers wife would do a i864 and her mom would do the i864a, right? Can they sponsor if they are not immidiate family and the other lady is only family of our sister in law.

Thanks, I am just so afraid of filling out wrong the forms and being denied, I dont have all the money in the world to make our way to Ciudad Juarez again and again.

Anyone can sponsor doesn't have to be a family member. as long as they meet the guideline requirements.

In the circumstances that you describe, the joint sponsor would complete an I-864 as well. If a qualifying household member's income is needed to meet the requirement then the household member would complete an I-864A. See the form instructions as to who qualifies as a household member.
