i have no idea but the man i was engaged to was a doctor he made a total of $250.00 usa dollars a month so i hate to think of what the people with out that kind of education makes

That was my point. I mean, in Ukraine, people of average income have to save all year to buy a winter coat and boots because they cost more than a month's wages. Imagine paying for a coat and boots your entire earnings for one month, multiply that by the number of kids you have.

Now you know why there are lots of coat and boot repair kiosks in Ukraine.
