I need urgent help with I-751 Processing

I will be applying for I-751 this month. But I might need to travel outside US 1-2 times in next 6 months. I have few questions

1. Based on previous years, how long approx. the whole process can take for California, seeing long holidays too

2. Is my presence really required for all steps in the process

3. I think application should be straightforward. Still are there any factors or documents that can impact processing speed and the result

Any other suggestions ?

CSC seems to be processing slowly - few months to 8 or more. Everyones case is different.

Yes you are required to be present for biometrics and an interview if you get an interview.

No there isn't really anything you can do to speed it up unless you are military.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13
