Hello...

I havent had to be on here for two years but it is time to apply to have my conditions removed from my 2 year Green Card.

I am just within 90 days of the initial card expiring so I am mailing the paperwork this week. We have a straight forward case, I am still married, have all proof and have a good job, pay taxes etc.

Question is, what happens next?

I (maybe stupidly) bought tickets to visit the UK, my home country for the Christmas holidays as I havent been there for 7 years at that time of year, I am leaving on Dec 22nd and returning on Jan 4th. My 2 year Green Card expires on January 4th.

Can anyone share any experiences as to what the timeline will be?

As always with immigration I am getting nervous!

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Tim
