I went to visit Ira on the 20th of last month and returned at 12:15am on Tuesday the 4th....and tonight receieved this in my email!

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On October 4' date=' 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have [b']approved[/b] this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

1 day short of three months...I had braced myself for another three months wait...my hands are shaking a bit...on to the next step!

Congratulations and best wishes. VSC are moving faster at present. :thumbs:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

:thumbs:Congratulations :thumbs: ,I hope my NOA2 will be next ,How is the weather in Russia ,I m thinking to go visit My Uliana next month

The weather was beautiful...I stayed in and around Volgograd. Daily temperatures in the upper 60's and lower 70s and down to the 50's at night.....the leaves were just starting to turn yellow when I left. Good luck and safe travels if you go...I did not really want to come back....but now am happy I did. :)
