I'm shocked! I found 3 civil surgeons near home and all of them told me they're not going to fill out I-693 without doing medical... I insisted but that was their last word. They would charge me 325, 415 and 275 (the less expensive)...Can you believe it?.

They can do what they want and there is no regulations. They make a bunch off immigrants by refusing to do just the vaccination sheet.

If you tell them you only need the vaccination supplement transcribed when you call, you may get a different answer. A lot of times, they are in ignorance of there being a difference between the two.

Nothing to stop you printing out the relevant section and taking it in and asking them for the service you require, rather than the one they wish to give you.

Yes it's a big scam.....but you are stuck unless you travel further.
