NVC???!!!

Ok, I know that I might seem impatient but seriously.. !! What's going with NVC not receiving the NVC that were sent??.. It takes so long!!?? I have been calling them everyday (ELECTRONIC ANSWERING), AND they have not any rrecord of my case1.. It's been 14 days now..??

So my question is: When they finally have my stuff in their system does that mean than my petition has already left??.. Or by the time they put it in their system that's when they RECEIVE IT??.

Then 2nd question?.. Can I try to amke an appointment as soon as get my NVC/ embassy number???..
