I passed the test and interview went well. I added a traffic ticket during the interview, which has to be signed off by a supervisor first before a decision can be made. I'm one step closer and very happy.

okay, wow... Wishful thinking I guess.... I think we are exempt from biometrics. I just received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling.

Congrats! glad to hear everything went well. Ordinary traffic tickets aren't a big deal at all. You should get the oath letter soon. :)

I'm still waiting for my oath letter. It is coming up to 45 business days, 61 days since interview and still have not heard anything at all. I wish I would hear something already. I'm going bonkers :wacko:

Hahaha,

I remember my case, it was the same, but as soon as you do the fingerprints, you will be scheduled fast trust me, well at least i hope so.

I pray that you are right. I just want this thing over so I can start my mom's paper work. I miss her terribly.

NOA stands for Notice of Action. I don't think there is a rule who gets the yellow letter and who doesn't. I never received one, but some of my friends did and their cases were very similar to mine

What does NOA mean? Why do some people get yellow paper?

Dont worry about the yellow letter. I received it, but then waited for ever to get my interview scheduled and even got my fingerprints done. I wouldnt focus on it.

Congrats and very soon you'll be a USC. Relax and hang in there. I am still waiting for my oath date. I am not pushing it since I am in Med School in Caribbean and want to finish my semester in April and come home. I don't want to make a extra trip before my finals. Hopefully complete the Oath late April / early May.

Got a letter stating fingerprints expired :angry: and need to get another one taken within 90 days...will be heading out to get a new set taken tomorrow or the day after. Hopefully, things will get going after this!

But here is my question: I thought fingerprints were good for 15 months, so they are really not expiring till April 30th 2012 (Taken on Jan 30 2011 for ROC), but even if it the fingerprints were only good for 12 months, then they had already expired January 30th 2012, so USCIS waited 2 months to tell me that my fingerprints had expired???
