Does any one know what the "average" time from Yellow Letter to interview letter? I got my Yellow Letter two weeks ago, nothing after that...

Hey,

I have a similar situation. I was informed by INS that i didnt have to do the fingerprints, so was in line for an interview since November 1st. On Jan 6th, i got a letter stating that now i have to go and do the fingerprints. Imagine my shock, when i contacted my lawyer she said it is very normal and some people get the interview letter before they do biometrics. Hang in there, it will come.

Hi everybody, I am october filer. I am curious to know that that i havent so far receive my biometrics yet but i got a letter from uscis that i am schedule in line for my interview. My question is will i go for interview without biometrics. Kindly need your consent on this.

10/17/2011: Received NOA (dated: 10/14/2011)

11/01/2011: Status change: Testing and Interviewing

12/08/2011: Yellow Letter received (dated: 12/06/2011)

You know as usual there is no consistency. Some people get it within 2 days, some people wait longer. I got mine over a month ago and still nothing (well besides the fingerprints). Basically you interview needs to be scheduled within 90 days, if not give USCIS a call.

Does any one know what the "average" time from Yellow Letter to interview letter? I got my Yellow Letter two weeks ago, nothing after that...

Done my interview on the 4th,but still waiting for final approval as I didn't reach 5 years of residency. Have to wait next week :(

11/28/11: Online Status: An interview has been scheduled.

01/04/12: Interview Done - Passed but need to wait until reach 5years.

Got my fingerprints appt scheduled for Jan 27th., now will wait and see how soon will my interview come. If they schedule me after the fingerprints than it will be official that office in Atlanta is veeeerrrryyy backed up.

Right hereeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! In a week or so it will be 2 months since firgerprint but got in line for interview on Nov 28 ! :( ....SMH

still nothing..... :bonk: anyone else 2 months in line for interview???? :unsure:
