AOS questions!

so i been in the u.s for a month, and now married so we ready to sen our AOS forms BUT i have a lot of questions :help:

1. My k-1 expires December 1st, so do i have to wait until then to send AOS or can i do it before that? we were planing on sending it at the end of this month.

2. Whats the deal with medical exam i know i dont have to take another one since i got one for my interview, how do i prove i took it?

and where can i get the rest of my vaccinations?

3. i took my husbands last name , so do i put my new last name on the forms? or should i put my last name as on my visa?

4. do i have to send any prove of my marriage besides marriage certificate?

5. Do we have to send the affidavit of support form or just include a letter from work?

1. you can send it any time after the wedding.

2.the doctor who did you examination should have given you some sort of proof usuall a ds-3025 with all your vaccinations on it

3.yes you put your new last name on there

4.not yet just keep a hold of any other evidence in case of an interview

5. you have to send in the form and all of the evidence that is required

1, your k1 is already expired. It expired the moment you entered the USA.

Send your AOS any time you are ready to send it.

2, You need to see a civil surgeon to have your vaccination transcription done. https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV use the link to find yours.

3, if you want your green card in your married name you use your married name on all the forms now.

5, the I-864 and tax returns etc are required.

no i didnt since we applied for the K-1 visa.

Well you could have gotten them all and form DS-3025, even when applying for a K-1 visa. I wanted to ask you if you had seen a civil surgeon already

not yet but im going this month we already found one that is only 30 mins away
