Hi Everyone,

Can everyone who's been approved approved for the Immigrant Visa at the US Consulate here in Kingston Jamaica, give me their timeline experience as it relates to how long it took for them to receive their Passport with mysterious brown envelope :help: . Whether it was delivered by DHL or you had gone to the DHL offices to pick up.

Thanks in advance for your replies...

Mine was ful from Kingston to Monte hat ful office. It took about 3 days after the interview. On another occasion an error was made with the visa and I had had 2 go back 2 the embassy with the passports for it 2 b corrected they allowed me 2 pick the passports up from the embassy 2 days afterwards. (But generally they will not allow you to pick up the visas).

No home deliveries, but it can be delivered to a business.

Has anyone had to every wait a long period?

; My interview was on October 25th and it now November 7....anyways had to wait a long time for delivery? I know its only 8 working days or 13 days anxiety is killing me especially since they pointed out i'd need to travel before December as that is when my medical expires.
