Today my wife went to interview and the CO said she can pick up her visa on next Tuesday. Finally we can finish this visa journey and see each other again. Thank you for VJ website and all of you guys which are so helpful with a lot of information and answers.

USCIS:

Priority mail to Chicago - 01/11/2011

NOA1 Email (Priority 1/13) - 01/14/2011

NOA1 Hard Copy - 01/19/2011

NOA2 USCIS Case Status - 06/13/2011

NOA2 Hard Copy - 06/18/2011

NVC:

NVC Case Number - 07/11/2011

DS-3032 Email sent to NVC - 07/20/2011

AOS Fee Bill Received & Paid online - 07/20/2011

Mail AOS to NVC - 07/22/2011

IV Fee Bill Received & Paid Online - 07/27/2011

Mail DS-230 to NVC - 08/02/2011

Case complete - 08/11/2011

Medical - 09/02/2011

Interview - 10/05/2011 - Approved

Pick up passport + visa - 10/11/2011

08/12/2011 ----- Received an email from the embassy "Case is pending review by a consular officer"

i would like to become the first person who say congratulations to you :P but unfortunately, jame said it before me :D well, the second is better than the third....CONGRATULATIONS on ur wife's visa approval :dance::dance: did the CO asked for any documents from her? :dance::dance:

14-02-2011 sent I-130 petition for my case and my son's case

07-07-2011 approved! (139 days)

NVC

03-08-2011 NVC received

03-08-2011 received NVC case # and IIN for my case

25-08-2011 received NVC case # for my son's case

01-09-2011 sent aos packages

07-09-2011 sent IV packages

13-09-2011 1st checklist

17-09-2011 2nd checklist with different request

20-09-2011 sent out the checklist requested

28-09-2011 CC for my case

01-10-2011 Received P4 for interview date on November 22

05-10-2011 CC for my son's case

08-10-2011 received P4 for son's case

Consulate

07-11-2011 Medical

09-11-2011 picked up the result, everything is good, thanks god!

22-11-2011 Visa APPROVED!

28-11-2011 Pick up the visa

USCIS Timeline: 90 days

04.08.11- Send 1-30

04.13.11- NOA1 (CSC)

04.18.11- Touched

07.12.11- NOA2 Yay!

NVC Timeline:- 37 days

08.02.11- NVC Received

08.20.11- Case No. assign/IIN 37 days from NOA2

08.23.11- receives DS 3032/AOS fee bill

08.24.11- Pay AOS Bill/ Sends the DS 3032 thru email

08.27.11- Received IV-Fee Bill

08.27.11- Pay IV-Fee Bill

08.29.11- Sends AOS via USPS

08.30.11- IV- Fee Bill shows Paid

09.08.11- Send IV packet

09.08.11- Received checklist RFE on AOS

09.12.11- RFE docs sends via usps

09.19.11- Case Completed

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

I want to say congratulation too for you guys who got approval on your visa. Also I want to say good luck to you guys who are still waiting your interview and I hope your interview goes fine.

@Icha,

CO didn't ask my wife any documents and an Indonesian lady said our paperwork is complete. You need to do your medical exam before interview. My wife went to Medikaloka clinic at Kuningan, Jakarta.
