I had this happen to me! We were there for about an hour just trying for prints! She sent me home and said she would try the best to see if the prints would be accepted but she may need to call me back to the office if the prints were not deemed good enough. She told me to start using heavy lotion a few times a day for the next few weeks to "plump my fingerprints". I used regular lotion for a couple weeks just in case she called me back, but my prints ended up being accepted despite the machine rejecting them! Worst case scenario, they'll call you back for new prints. I just received my card in the mail one day! Never heard anything from them again and my card has my print on it! I'd say not to worry!

Yes! I had to go back twice. I don't remember having to wait too long for the new appointments, though.

I had no idea until I received the letter. Hopefully this isn't the case with you and yours have been accepted. :)

I had to go twice for my AOS and now I'm worried that they will call me a second time again for the ROC :( . Hopefully, they won't ask you to do them again.
