I-131 question

Just trying to work threw some of these forms, for the I-131 question 3, class of admission what do I put in there?

ERally getting confused with this, it asks for intended date of travel? And length of stay? I don't have an intended date of travel I'm just filing this out with the EAD and AOS??

Class of admission if what visa you came on - I wrote K1

I write NONE in both of those and I just attached a letter saying that I have an elderly grandfather ...... have no intension of leave in the first 2 years ........ just want it for emergencies only ..... would put my grandma's mind at rest having the AP

Class of admission is K1. For date and length of travel is unknown for both. There is no need to attach any letter of explanation. You won't have any issues.

From what I've seen you can put just about anything on this form and it still gets approved. I have no planned trips back home but filed for AP just in case, which is what I wrote on the form. From what I read they almost always aprove this for people AOS from K1 and you dont need any specific travel plans laid out in advance
