hi any one don nvc my case completed nvc aug.31.2011 still notyet Interview Date scheduled

Mumbai is a busy Consulate. I have the same case closing date but am Chennai bound and hence have an interview date. If I am right you will get your interview date on 11th or 12th.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Spouse's Journey (F2A) - USCIS
02/22/2011 - Filed I-130 as F2A
02/28/2011 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)
06/16/2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)

NOA2 to NVC (32 days to get Case number)
NVC: (28 days)
07/18/2011 - NVC Received and got NVC case#.
07/18/2011 - Send my Naturalization Certificate via mail and email for upgrading my case from F2A to CR1.
07/19/2011 - Gave both emails to NVC and received IIN#
07/21/2011 - Got confirmation email about changing my petition from F2A to CR1. Up-gradation took 4 business days.
07/29/2011 - AOS Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
07/29/2011 - DS-3032 Email sent to NVC from beneficiary.
08/01/2011 - AOS package invoice shows "PAID" and Package mailed to NVC.
08/02/2011 - DS-3032 received by NVC.
08/03/2011 - IV Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
08/04/2011 - IV Fee Bill invoice shows "PAID" and DS-230 package mailed to NVC.

Unfortunately that is the fact. I wish you an early December interview.

I was just checking the october interview list. It is a 13 page list whereas the November list is just 5 pages. So do you think the list will get updated by the mid of october. I think I am being too hopeful. I then really really hope that I get an early early early Dec interview.

Generally the list is published after it is final. The list could be small because of all the holidays in November and I see 11/29 schedules also. So the chances are slim. But I always hope for the best, so keep your hopes up but don't be disappointed if you don't get a November date.

Actually I asked them if I can get a November interview and they said I might but they cant be sure. They specifically told me that October is full. So anyway, I am going to wait till the third week of this month and hope for good news :) Else Decembers always there.

I hope you get it ASAP (a few got it) but bulk of us get on the second Monday of the month for the next month. So on or before 11/07/2011, you may hear from NVC.

Correct. It looks like you did not make the November month so now for December you should find out before or on the second week in November.

There are a lot of you out there that have not received a date for Mumbai yet...I can at least of 3 or 4 that are waiting for a date.
