Hi Everyone!

So, brief background in regards to the question:

2004-2007 worked at Starbucks while in college

2009 graduated from college and moved to France to be with now husband

Jan 2011 moved back to US got a job at Nordstrom in March 2011

So, In the past 3 years I have only worked from March 2011 til now...

what should I do about the tax return information? Is this going to hurt our application? My French husband has an income from property in France that we will include, but does anyone think I need a joint sponsor? We got the K-1 visa just fine using only me as a sponsor....

You would need a co-sponsor. Your husband income will not count, as well as you can't show last 3 years of income within US.
