I was giving the K-1 petition some final touches and I notived all letters of intent and cover letter are advised to have the

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

[ADDRESS

OF YOUR

SERVICE CENTER]

My question is: lately a lot of people are having their cases sent to the service centers regardless of their address. Should I leave my letters without the Service Center address?! If not, what service center should I put since my fiance's address is in Texas?

Thank you very much and have a smooth VJ!

my advice. Follow the instructions on the i-129F form. Simple.

All applications should go to Dallas initially. They automatically get re-routed to the appropriate service center.

Yes, do have a cover letter, directed for the Dallas office..

State your name, and whom you are petitioning for. Secondly, detail the contents on your package, and sign and date it.

good luck

Just send it to the Dallas Lockbox - you don't need to worry about the specific Service Center.

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

The USCIS Dallas Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

and put in the G-1145 for confirmation of receipt and action. They will let you know where it has been sent to.

Best of luck with your petition.
