I don't think you need to worry about the NOA's/RFE. I read on another thread that these are already in the file.

Also the evidence to submit is evidence that the relationship is still ongoing AFTER filing the petition. So you'll need more up to date things

I called NVC earlier though I waited more than 20mins for me to able to reach the line... and I was almost late for work. So I plan to call them later around 9:30pm. Is it the best time?

Oh, well we have never called them that late before. We always called between like 12 and 2 pm, so I don't know if it is a good time or not, but you could try and find out.

Yeah.. I actually Called them between 12-1pm.. And all I got is a Busy tone and when I was able to reach my call I waited more than 20mins and decided to hang up since I need to go to work. I guess I'll try calling around 9pm. I tried to call again but still busy.

APPROVED! I had my interview yesterday, it literally lasted 2.5 mins! lol! The only thing is, they never asked for my passport pictures... so i'm hoping they didn't just forget...

You will be fine using the on-line versions, as long as they are current forms and not obsolete. Good luck.

Btw,i just sent back to the embassy the cover letter,ds-230(Part 1) and the original receipt of the visa payment.That's all they asked for.
