Hi! For the things I need to send to my Fiancee in regards to the copy of the entire 129F package.. Just a question, Will they send back the whole package to me? or the whole package will be sent to the my beneficiary's country at the US embassy? Will I still get a hold of that (the petitioner) or it'll be in their hands the whole time? :D

As far as I know, you wont't be getting back the initial/original submission of the I129F package, the USCIS will send it to the NVC and the NVC will send it to the embassy.

Hi all,

Just want to clarify if you guys fill out the ds-230,ds156,ds156k,I-134 forms hand written or type written(computer).Packet 3 contains all of these forms and if i will used these forms that means i need to have it hand written.I prefer to have it type written but i want to make sure wether its ok to just used online forms instead of the copy that the embassy sent me in my packet 3.

Btw,i'm also 2011 october fillers.

Any reply will greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

You will be fine using the on-line versions, as long as they are current forms and not obsolete. Good luck.

Well at first glance, I don't see anything missing. You might want to keep the original NOA though and send her just a good quality copy.

I don't think you need to worry about the NOA's/RFE. I read on another thread that these are already in the file.

Also the evidence to submit is evidence that the relationship is still ongoing AFTER filing the petition. So you'll need more up to date things :)

Got my NOA2 on 3/13, but still no packet 3.... :( Been over a month since NVC sent our petition.

Dept of State says consulate has it, but I have no way of knowing for sure as Paris consulate does not get back to anyone.

Anyone else had this happen?

I don't know how it works in France, but have you tried emailing them and calling them on the phone?

Yes, tried all numbers (only vocal servers, and one other number is 15 dollars a minute!!)

Emailed several times (both myself and my fiance) and only out of office replies come back.

Glad to see my taxpayer money hard at work!!!! So frustrating..

That is very odd, and I agree that it must be frustrating. Post here Regional Forum. They will have more experience dealing with the embassy in France, I am sure they will be able to help you figure it all out. I hope you get something very soon, its hard to be dealing with this and getting no results. Good Luck!
