To anybody that has experience of the K1 visa... We had our NOA2 on 22nd march, we are planning on getting married on July 21st, this is almost 18 weeks from the approval date, is this long enough? Realistically am I going to be there within the next 18 weeks? I have no idea how long it takes from here!

Please help before we book our venue!

Thank you!

i would say 3 months at most from NOA2 to interview in London so you should have plenty of time. just be ready to return packet 3 and take your medical as soon as you hear from the embassy.

Thank you so much!

How long does it usually take from NOA2 to receiving packet 3?

it took almost a month for me but i think USCIS forgot to send my case to NVC straight away because it took almost 17 days to get there... but it was then only about 10 days from NVC receiving it to me receiving packet 3

quick question regarding the I-134, Affidavit of Support. I am a student and only work part-time and do not make enough money so my mom has agreed to be the co-sponsor for my fiance. Do I need to fill out a I-134 as well as her? Or just her?

embrace the journey.
