April 14, 2003 - established relationship

August 19, 2003 - he went to AU for studying

Dec 27, 2003~Jan 10, 2004 - met in SH, China

Aug 14~21, 2004 - He visited me in QD, China

Jan~Feb, 2005 - met in QD, China

May 10, 2005 - I moved to the US

Apl 1~21, 2006 - He visited me in LA, US

Dec 14, 2007~ Feb 18, 2008 - I visited him in Mel, AU

Dec 31, 2008~Feb 21, 2009 - we met in QD, China

Jul 30~Oct 24, 2009 - met in QD, China

Jul 15~Oct 15, 2010 - met in QD, China

Jan 17~Feb 14, 2012 - met in QD, China

Congrats!!! :) I am happy to see the October 12 NOA1s start getting approved, finally that little mid October patch is moving along.

February 2, 2016 - Package mailed

February 8,2016 - Credit card charged

February 9, 2016 - NOA1

March 1, 2016 - Biometrics Appt

March 29, 2016 - In Line for interview

April 1, 2016 - Interview Scheduled

April 4, 2016 - Interview letter received in the mail

May 10, 2016 - Interview Day! (Approved)

June 8, 2016 - Oath Ceremony

We are 5 months and 1 day. I called uscis today and they told me that CSC is behind with processing applications. As of today they are processing September 16th applications.

I also called the CSC on 3/7/12 to ask about processing times and they told me that they were processing applications received on September 16th.

10/5/2011 - I-129F sent to USCIS/Dallas

10/7/2011 - I-129F received at USCIS/Dallas and routed to the California Service Center

10/14/2011 - NOA1 email received

10/16/2011 - NOA1 hard-copy received

10/17/2011 - Check cashed

3/16/2012 - Received RFE

3/19/2012 - Responded to RFE

3/20/2012 - RFE response received at CSC

4/2/2012 - Email notification of approval

4/9/2012 - Received by NVC & Case Number assigned[/size][/font]

Thanks... So I got 2 best presents yesterday... A song from my sweetheart for international women's day and approved email from uscis...:))) so happy

Torture waiting time is over... Next step is calling nvc to get a #

Hopefully everything will be done in a month and a half... So my boy will be her with me and for my birthday i will receive fthe best present ever... :)))

May 18 2016 - Received SMS and Email confirmation

June 10 2016 - Biometrics

Feb 15 2017 - Service Request, response "additional delays"

Feb 15 2017 - Escalation to US Senator ####### Durbin

Mar 01 2017 - Response from Durbins' office - "delayed due to security checks"

April 06 2017 - Emails / SMS received - Interview scheduled

May 15 2017 - Interview - approved in 20 minutes

May 31 2017 - Oath Ceremony

Weird, isn't it? I thought the government always finished things on time!!

9/19/11 - sent I-129F

9/21/11 - email NOA1

9/27/11 - hard copy NOA1

3/20/12 - congressional inquiry (6 months since NOA1)

4/4/12 - inquiry result: petition approved (still no NOA2 text/email/letter)

4/20/12 - packet 3 received from embassy

From the processing dates listed it appears CSC is making some ground on VSC.

Looking at the percent completed though it still looks like CSC is one month behind VSC.

Anyhow it is encouraging to know that the are not a lot of reports of unjust RFE's...

Hopefully the workers at CSC are not tired in the morning.

next week should be big for us all, and no one has even reported a friday NOA2 for this week.

So we could all be an extra day closer than we think.
