On February 23, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Olala this feeling is so good. By the way, our NOA1 is dated on October 13th.

We just got approved too! I filed on Oct. 21 with VSC! Just updated my timeline!

OMG! I really can't still believe it! after i wrote the above message.. my fiance told me that he got a text message saying our petition is approved!!! I got an email too and when i checked it in USCIS website... it's confirmed! Thank you Lord!

NOA1 was issued on Oct. 28.......I'm still waiting for the NOA2.

We're new to this forum. Below is our timeline:

10/5/2011 - I-129F sent to USCIS/Dallas

10/7/2011 - I-129F received at USCIS/Dallas and routed to the California Service Center

10/14/2011 - NOA1 email received

10/16/2011 - NOA1 hard-copy received

10/17/2011 - Check cashed

To all of those fellow October 2011 K-1 filers that have received their NOA2 notice !!!

After reading the last 3 or 4 postings it looks like there are a few October 2011 CSC filers with ties to China that have yet to receive NOA2 notification, including us. Hang in there, it will happen.
