I just feel bad for all the July and August filers who haven't been approved yet.... not fair, right?

it'd be better if they processed cases in the order they're received...

oh well, nothing we can do about it though :blink:

at least it seems that Vermont is working hard! Go Vermont!!!

Yeah and if they aren't in order of received I wish they would do easy straightforward ones fast tooooo!! I hope Vermont keeps busting them out ;D

I filed at the end of October and my petition is at the CSC. It's all good. We are all walking a similar VJ path. :thumbs:

Just doing the waiting game, starting to plan my strategy for I-134, planning a trip to see my fiancee in February. Another trip is good on so many levels.

hey october people! i have a question! as we are winding down the time and getting closer and closer to NOA2, i started working on getting things ready, so that when NOA2 arrives, we can move forward quickly. i have a question, though...

on the government's website, it says you need:

Two (2) Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (prepared in duplicate).

this is an online form. how are you supposed to "prepare in duplicate?" it says "do not print" on the form. i'm so confused.

i also just saw this:

If you are applying for a K nonimmigrant visa by filling out the DS-156 form, the form will instruct you to you must provide one (1) photo. Your photo must be:

Printed on photo quality paper

2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size

Stapled or glued to Form DS-156 in the designated space. If the photo is stapled, staples should be placed as far away as possible from the face. Please do not mount or enclose the photo in glassine paper, or any type of envelope.

this is an online form...how can you "staple" your 2x2 photo to it?

this is an online form...how can you "staple" your 2x2 photo to it?

i believe you print the form off once it has a barcode but you need to get embassy specific instructions on what to do now. ignore what the forms say because they could be wrong for your country. for the UK we dont send anything in with the forms... we just fill them out and mail them to the embassy. the instructions you need to follow will be on the Haiti embassy website.

you need to click continue to get a barcode before you print the form. that is what it means :) .
