Well, the US immigration bureaucracy has been "incubating" my K-1 petition at the CSC for 90 days now. I hear rumors that the winter thaw is coming soon to the Laguna Niguel facility and the logjam of petitions is slowly being processed. I have been collecting the information necessary for the I-130...."jus takin' care of bidness." Can't do much 'til I hear from the federales.

I got dem ole winter blues again mama..... Gunna take that silver bird next week to Beijing and hang with the fiancee in the warmer southern part of her country for about 10 days. Chill, chat, have fun will be the top items on the agenda. Oh yes, taking lots of couple pictures, saving all of the boarding passes, receipts, bars of soap (ha ha) .....all part of the continuing mission to prove to the federales that we is legit.

We are both so looking forward to our rendezvous.

Happy trails....

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Is anyone got approved from CSC Oct.filer?

A review of Igor's stats for the 66 CSC October K-1 filings shows that no one has reported getting their NOA2. However, be advised that there are likely many more October K-1 filings at the CSC than what is shown on Igor's stats on this site.

It will happen......

In fact there are 2 couples from October approved on VJ… but I highly suppose their case was expedite because the US citizen is a military.

(TIP: go to Igor's list and choose "Approved petitions", then scroll down until the October month ;))

Don't rely on the USCIS website, it's not working very well. If you got the hardcopy, you're good! :)
