I totally agree, It is crawling. My family keeps asking about it just the same, CSC needs to hurry up and show us some love! :bonk:

If it makes you feel any better, CSC has already started approving several September filers. I hope this means they are catching up. :)

July 29, 2010 - Met online as penpals

September 15, 2010 - Began relationship

August 25th, 2011 - Met in person

September 20, 2011 - I-129F sent

September 26, 2011 - NOA1

February 13, 2012 - NOA2

June 18, 2012 - Interview - Approved!

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

-October 19,2011 NOA1
-Feb.27,2012 NOA2 approval (131 days from NOA1)
-March 7,2012 The Petition Forwarded to Consulates:)
-March 23,2012 Packet 3 and 4 Received.
-April 3,2012 Visa Approved
-April 20,2012 VISA in my Hand.Yey. smile.pngsmile.png
-April 25,2012 My Flight and My POE is JFK
-August 03,2012 AOS filed
-August 28,2012 RFE
-September 05,2012 RFE sent and They received it on Sept.13th
-October 10,2012 EAD approved
-October 18,2012 EAD card in the mail.Yey

-September 6,2013 Green card APPROVED!!!!

Thanks, any news on how long it takes to go from VSC to NVC to Consulate in Sydney?

2 weeks to a months is what I read most, some have taken much longer (they must think the waiting game is fun for us)

I hope that is what it means, but no approvals from the 25th, that is discouraging...

Hopefully it will be ! I just hope that week will be soon though. God is always with us.

I am new to this but got NOA1 on 10/07/2011 for a K1 for my Fiancee in Cebu the I-129F went to VSC. Anyone got there NOA2 from VSC that filed in 10/2011?

A few October filers have gotten from VSC, Vermont is actually doing well with issuing NOA2. You will probably get yours soon, best luck.

US Citizenship

we have the same filing date but CSC is processing my petition.. until now no update yet :(

Peter and I received ours on the 18th of this month. Our receipt date was listed as the 17th of Oct. for NOA1.

im just so happy to inform you guys that WE JUST GOT APPROVED!!! 110 days since NOA1 WOOHOOO!!!

K1 visa timeline

10/03/2011 - Sent I-129F Via USPS Priority Mail

10/04/2011 - I-129F Received in Lewville, TX

10/06/2011 - NOA1 Notice Date from VSC

10/13/2011 - NOA1 Hard-Copy Received

01/25/2012 - I-129F APPROVED

02/13/2012 - Called USEM Manila, got MNL#

02/25/2012 - Received the eligibility letter from the USEM

03/05-06/2012 - Medical PASSED

03/14/2012 - Interview APPROVED[/color

08/02/2012 - POE Detroit

09/18/2012 - Wedding day!!!

AOS timeline

10/28/2012 - Sent I-485/I-765 via USPS Priority mail

11/01/2012 - Received 2 texts from USCIS, Received in Chicago, IL

01/17/2013 - Received EAD card
