When is my 30 days? help

It's sad to know that almost everybody who filed at the beginning of the SEP got their biometrics appointment already. I found some people that has the same notice date as mine and got their appointment in the mail after a week. It sucks that I still haven't got mine. :/

USCIS received mine sep 9 and the notice date is sep 14. When is the 30days of my application? Is it on Oct 9 or Oct 14? So I can call them about this.

It's the 14th. Also, the biometrics appointment depends on the availability at your local office. If there is no room for an appointment and a bunch of people waiting in line ahead of you, there is nothing they can do to speed it up. Good luck.

Please remember, this website is only a fraction of the people dealing with USCIS--the biometrics is based on your local office and there may be a higher than normal demand at your specific local office than what is represented in the September thread. Keep your fingers crossed it comes soon!

I found some people with later notice date on their NOA than mine. They will be doing their FP on the same local office that I will be going in the future. It's frustrating.
