I am currently pregnant with my first baby to a US citizen father. I will give birth sometime around February and my BF will be there and will sign the necessary papers. We will report the child to claim the citizenship. Please note that the BF and I are anot married nor engaged.

He wanted us (the child and I) to go to the US in May 2012 for a vacation. Roughly around 2 weeks.

The question I have is, will I have a problem in US' POE when I travel with my US citizen child and I have a B1/B2 visa?

I have been to the US twice, 1 month being the longest stay, and I have never over stayed.

What are the possible document/s (Employment certificate, Credit card statements, Bank statements, etc) should I bring so I won't have any trouble in the POE?

I am from the Philippines and a Philippine Passport holder.

To add, I am currently in the Philippines and will give birth here. The child will claim the citizenship through reporting the birth at the US Embassy here in Manila, Philippines. Thanks!

Do you already have a valid tourist visa?

Entrance into the US, even with a valid visa, is not guarenteed. You'll want to bring strong ties to PI to make crossing easier

Good luck

Thanks guys!

Yes, I already have a valid tourist visa.

I know having been there (US) twice is not a guarantee that I can cross the borders.

I'm in need of assistance of what kind of documents should I bring to promote my strong ties to PI.

Again, thanks!

Coming to with a USC child to visit the USC father on a tourist visa from PI may be very difficult. The child can enter, you may be turned around.

I would think that you would need to show a great job, property ownership, and money in the bank.
