Hello everyone my in laws got their visa packages today and we r wondering if they can open this packages to make sure the passports and visas r there or they should wait till they cross the border thank u in advance

Inside their DHL packet should be their passports with theirs visa and immigration documents. I do not know anything about relative petitions. But if it is like the K-1 visa, they should not open any sealed government packet. They need to check their visas to make sure everything is correct.

Timeline

Everything will be in a DHL envelope. That is the envelope your family should open. Make sure they have the correct passports and visas. They will need to follow any instructions included. Check for simple things like the spelling of their names. If anything is incorrect, then contact the Consulate immediately.
