I Hope its September 8, 2009. My sister is turning 21 on November 20th.

I will be 21 in 2 weeks..and trust me this is making me so worry. My PD is 5/29/09 and the case approval date is 7/29/10. I hope that CSPA will come into play? I have heard that they will subtract the time from your PD to approval date. So, in my case If i get the visa call on Feb, so at that point I will be 21 yrs and 5 month. According to CSPA they should subtract 1 yr and 2 months from my age, therefore I should be consider under 21. Please correct me if I am wrong.

My sister gets about 11 month, so if CSPA comes into play, she will be cover until next October

Lets assume 15% filing is of f2a at the max......and lets assume feb 2009 to july 2009 filing is average of all the periods in the link....so total filing in all the categories is 473626 petitions and 15% of it is of f2a..so it is around 71000 petitions....and average petition contains at the most 1.5 persons....so it makes 106000 visas still waiting in f2a who filed before january 2011 (approx) and if they utilise full quota of 88000 visas of f2a it wont take more than 1 year and 3 month.....(Here i have not taken into account the numbers of transfer from f2a to IR and f2b,if we count that it may end up in lessor period)..........and in my view this is the maximum number of visas waiting who filed before january 2011.....

i am f2a , my pd is 03 09 09, though i am close to become current , i am so fade up and worry to what is gone happen for next bulletin , never know guys , let u know if anything new happen ....
