I think the cut off date for December will be 17MAR09. Just called NVC for my case (PD- 29MAY09) and they said call back on December 1st.

I called the NVC a minute ago and im happy to hear that i got my interview schedule on December 28, 2011 at 6:30 am. Vj members thanks foe all the prayers i waited this for so long...

I don't know what going but i just called they haven't schedule the interview yet, still working for the case prior Feb 15.

Sigbin, may be you are schedule because of your Visa office is not busy.

Let me wait till the end of the day and see if i get any email or not.

And I wish if those 40 users could go and sign in to this website and vote for this bill, which will allow our spouses to visit and stay with us till the visa becomes current..W visa.

I am not sure what we immigrants are so scared of when it comes to openly coming out, contacting the politicians to stop this inhuman treatment of LPRs. We have so many people lamenting about this atrocity but when given an opportunity to do something about it there is hardly any response.

If we who are suffering through this situation will not act then it is ridiculous for us to expect others to be considerate of our situation and do something about it.

If you visit this site there are only 54% people in favor of this bill, please move that number up. Guaranteed this is not the only forum that could make a miracle happen, but atleast someway of getting the attention of your local politician and the sponsor of this bill.

Tell your friends and family members to vote for this bill. Don't wait for another retrogression to happen before you feel the need for something to happen, it might be too late.

man what is ur pd date . mine is mar 9 09 . i still did not get my schedule .even i call 2day in the afternoon and a lady told me that they r still working on feb 15 something . and now u say ur pd is the same with a guy whose pd is 14 mar 09 , u confuse me man ....

hi kabayan, did you get your interview letter via email? coz i dont have one yet but when i called nvc they gave me the time and date of my appointment!

hi! my PD is march 17, 2009 under f2a,honestly i have no idea why u have not yet scheduled. maybe tomorrow don't lost hope man. By the way i received also an email confirmation here's the proof.
