my spouse is LPR...10 month over but till now we dont get approval... my PD is Dec24, 2010....... any body know what is my condition? what should I do now? I think we need a year to complite the process... pls give me some information about my case... best of luck to every one... may Allah help us all....

I called NVC today, the operator gave me a good news, my son's interview appointment will be on DEC 19 at 6:30am!! Finally I'll be with my son and family back home to celebrate Christmas! Hope you guys get your interview appointment soon! best of luck to everyone!

cut off dates can move upto max 4 weeks if signbin dont get interview....unfortunately we dont have any case between 16th feb and 17th march....so we cannot predict exact cut off date...hopefully he will get interview this month
