hello everyone! i got my NOA2 on 23 of sep now still waiting for NVC to recieve it does it take that long to recieve it has been more than 13 days now? after that how do u kno that the consulate recieved do u call them or email them whats better? and how do u recieve ur packet 3 do they email it or mail it to u? last question we didnt take any pics with family and friends when she was here we spend all the time alone together in cairo and sharm el sheikh is that a problem? is her presence with me at the interview helps or it doesnt make much difference? answers to these questions would be reall apperciated thnx in advance!!!

Call NVC, give them your USCIS number and they'll tell you if they received it or not. It usually doesn't take long.

Then call the consulate Sun-Thur from 1-3 (their time) & let in ring and ring until someone answers. You can also email but they take several days to answer.

Packet 3 will be sent DHL, but they could email it to you if you request so.

Pictures are crucial. Do you have any? I know it sounds harsh but anyone going through this process knows that taking pictures most be in the 'to-do-list' when you're with the beneficiary. If you or your fiancee have pictures, please duplicate them and send them.

Petitioner's presence at the interview shows support and genuinity, so I'd say it helps.

why duplicate them? u mean send where ?with packet3 or to take them to interview ?
