helpeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i'm not able to pay IV fee(checkbox disabled) and when i called the nvc the operator said "it could be a technical problem "!!!!!

I'm still waiting on mines to be invoiced, if it doesn't get invoiced today I will for sure be calling in later on before they close!

Remember to use Internet Explorer as your browser or the payment portal will not work properly. It does not play nice with Google Chrome or Mozilla

And sometimes it's just that too many people are on it at once....

Case was complete on the 24th of November! woooo!

Im really confused though, they said they will schedule the interview on the second week of each month for the following month. So ill have to wait till 2nd week of November to find out my date. Which case they will send an email (didnt get an email or any mail regarding the case complete!!- so dont trust their emailing ).

Ive heard on here that this is not set in stone.

What should I do?

First off, grats on the case complete!

Second, do NOT listen to the operators when they say they only schedule during the second week of each month. It's a LIE! They schedule ALL month long. Want proof? Look at my own signature. I was scheduled during the FOURTH week. Go look at previous month's of NVC threads and you'll see people get interviews ALL month long.

As for not getting the case complete email, only those doing EP get this email. Although, I've seen a few non-EP folk get it, but I think NVC is starting to switch so everyone gets it, so just because you didn't get it, means nothing.

If you gave your email addresses to an operator when you first got your case number, then both of you WILL get the email about the interview. Once your interview date is scheduled, your case will be shipped overseas.

i got the below email

That looks like the IV bill invoice. Not sure as I never got one

Just keep trying to log in on IE and hope you'll be able to pay soon.

What the ####### is going on?!!! Do they think the Thanksgiving holiday has already begun? NVC...just send out the interview letters now please. Do they realize you all will stop calling them once you have the interview dates? Maybe we should call and tell the operators about it. hehehehee

I am still hoping some interview emails are sent soon. This is driving me crazy for all of you.

Dan, this happened to me and I sent an email to nvcinquiry@state.gov and simply stated the invoice is showing up but I cannot click to pay it so can you please make it available for me to pay and like 30 mins later it was ready!! So, please try it if you haven't. A dear friend named Allegra told me to try it and it worked for us both.

Come on interview dates!!!!!

I was sure yu would get the email today. I thought your country moved pretty quick usually. I guess they decided now is a good time to slow down. I will keep praying for tomorrow for yu and Allegra to get the notice. We are so close but yet so far!!!

I have always found that the best time to call the NVC is around 10PM EST. The night crew seems way more relaxed then the morning crew.
