Time to start bombarding NVC with e-mails asking about the interview date. :devil:

I like that idea! Eventually they'll get sick of us and give us our interview dates :D

05/05/11: sent I-130

05/16/11: NOA1

08/12/11: NOA2

08/19/11: NVC received case

09/16/11: received NVC case number

09/19/11: AOS bill and DS 3032 generated - emailed choice of agent to NVC

09/20/11: paid AOS

09/21/11: AOS shows paid and DS 3032 accepted.

09/22/11: mailed AOS (I-864ez)

09/23/11: received and paid IV bill

09/26/11: IV bill shows paid

09/27/11: mailed DS-230

09/30/11: AOS reviewed and false RFE for DS-230

10/05/11: RFE for birth certificate (which was already included in IV package)

10/06/11: DS-230 under review due to RFE... waiting...

10/21/11: Case Complete at NVC, finally!

11/02/11: Received interview date :D

11/16/11: Medical - passed!

12/13/11: Interview at the embassy in Stockholm - APPROVED!!

I'm gathering documents for AOS, I have IRS transcript for both my father and I, do we still need to send w2 forms? Also my dad is a naturalized citizen, do we need to send copy of his certificate or wil the passport do?

Do I need to send his birth certificate?

Are the letters from the bank necessary or current checkig, savings account details also necessary? We have current pay stubs for both of us and will also be submitting the deed of trust from our home..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

The passport will do for your father.

Do I need to send his birth certificate? No, you need to send yours which lists him as the father in order to prove your relationship to each other.

Are the letters from the bank necessary or current checkig, savings account details also necessary? We have current pay stubs for both of us and will also be submitting the deed of trust from our home.. Only if you are using the checking/savings accounts as proof of assets in order to get to the required amount. If your father's income is sufficient by itself, then they're not needed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

04/13/2011 : I-130 received/Priority date

07/13/2011 : RFE for G325A (beneficiary)

07/28/2011 : I-130 approved :)

Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

08/08/2011 : NVC received case from USCIS

09/08/2011 : NVC assigned case number

09/09/2011 : Paid AOS bill

09/14/2011 : Paid IV bill

09/22/2011 : Submitted AOS and IV packets via USPS Priority Mail

09/26/2011 : NVC received AOS and IV packets

10/03/2011 : checklist cover letter #4 - AOS line 25 being questioned

10/11/2011 : Response to RFE sent via USPS Priority Mail

10/11/2011 : checklist cover letter #5 - IV application OK! :) -NVC still waiting for RFE response

10/13/2011 : NVC received RFE reponse and now, we WAIT! :D

10/24/2011 : CASE COMPLETED! Thank you LORD! :D

11/03/2011 : Interview appointment email received!
