Hello again. I have another question. Finally, our IV Application Fee already appeared online in the payment portal today. It shows NOT PAID, but when my husband tried to pay, the select payment box is disabled. He cannot check it. Does someone had experienced this?

Are you using anything but IE as a browser? If you are, close it, and open IE. Any other browser will give you problems when paying bills.

Thank you for the reply Saylin. My husband used IE and Mozilla Firefox, still the select box is disabled.

Are you using anything but IE as a browser? If you are, close it, and open IE. Any other browser will give you problems when paying bills.

You have to wait until you receive the e-mail invoicing you. It works right after that.

You should send them an e-mail asking them why you are unable to pay, they sometimes send an invoice as soon as they read the e-mail.

You're welcome. You should be getting an e-mail any day now. You should also send them an e-mail to ask about being invoiced - it worked for two of us in here. We got an invoice a couple of hours after receiving a response from NVC.

ok I have a new problem now . Probably I think I did the most stupid mistake :wacko: . I prepared the email of DS-3032 taken from VJ for my husband who is the beneficiary. I was going to send the email to him so that he can send to NVC, but instead of sending to him I send it to NVC email address,I cancelled it at once but it was sent already and received auto response too almost immediately. Then I asked my husband to send the email from his mail box which he did. So now I am thinking will it be a problem? Will they ignore my email and just consider email from my husband? Please help

Hey got my invoice number was able to sign in but the select box did not work so I was unable to pay. Now when I try to sign in again it is telling me signed in fail.

The same thing happened to me. Did you get the initial info email from NVC yet? as soon as I got the email I tried to sign in and it let me go in and I was able to make the AOS payment.

call the nvc and check this issue with the operator

you need to wait for them to send you an invoice through e-mail. If you do get the invoice try again in a few hours, sometimes it does not allow you to pay write away.

If you do see the check box, write an e-mail to NVC. They sometimes let you pay a couple of hours after replying to your e-mail.
