I don't think I've seen another get an interview this week. But I've got a good feeling you, and everyone else with a CC, will get interview dates assigned this week!

New problem: First I was able to sign in on the online portal and it said that it is not invoiced now I can't even sign in and gives me this error.

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Does anyone know abt this or experience this?

I just wanna ask anyone who recently got CC at NVC. Did you receive an email or confirmed it by calling NVC and talking to an operator? Thanks!

A NVC operator can confirm a CC. Plus, after a few days, the AVR will update.

Generally, in the past, only those doing EP get a case complete email. But over the last few weeks, I've seen a few non-EP cases getting the case complete email, so NVC might be updating their system for everyone to get it.

The operators have changed their script to: "due to the holidays, and the limited capacity of the US embassy in (insert consulate city), call back at the end of November..." - Why, I oughtta,...... :bonk:

very true. The minute they say "limited capacity," I know I am talking to a robot and not to a human being.

As this case is processing electronically, all forms and documents must be sent via email as scanned attachments to NVCElectronic@state.gov . Sending physical documents to the NVC will delay the processing of your case.

OMG! Just got off the phone with NVC and we wanna share our happiness to everyone! CASE COMPLETED! Thank you for all of your help and advises, for listening when I'm ranting and goin ballistic here. No words can explain what I'm feeling right now. But yeah, NVC told us to call them 2nd week of November to confirm our date of interview in USEM manila.

No words can explain what I'm feeling right now. But yeah, NVC told us to call them 2nd week of November to confirm our date of interview in USEM manila.
