Wow! Congratulations on the Case Complete! Yay for you! But yeah, I envy.

I wanna call NVC right now, but hubby still not yet home. Argh! My magic jack call can't go through NVC. Booo!

Anyways, you still receiving checklist cover letters since you had your case reviewed by a supervisor? Did you receive an email confirming Case Complete? All I am receiving are checklist cover letters every other day. Rawr!

I only received one. From what I understand is that they say it's in review, but they don't send it to the department right away. Once the file is in the "Supervisors' " department, then they can review your file. It's just like when you send your documents but they don't "see" it until it's on someone's desk. 7 is insane!!! Keep up the hope, your turn is next!!!

I learned a lot of information with these operators trying to avoid me speaking to a supervisor.

I understand, I was crushed when I thought everything was fine and learned that it was not. After reading tons and tons of timelines, I can almost assure you that I don't think it takes longer than a week to have a case reviewed (especially when you send in the documents). You can expect something by Friday. And keep on calling them! You'll be fine!

I called the nvc yesterday and the operator give me the NVC case# but told me not to do any payment until i got an email from them since it's not yet approved by the quality control something like that, today the automated system is updated.

so now what's the next step i was focusing on receiving the case# so plz help :$

Congrats on the case number. Did you receive an email from NVC? The email contains the Invoice Identification Number (IIN) which you will need in signing in into the payment portal. If you already did receive it, don't waste time and pay the AOS bill. Btw, did you (I meant the beneficiary) emailed the DS3032 (Choice of Agent And Address) to NVC? If not yet, email them NOW!

WOW!!! I'm so happy for you, that is awesome news ! Hopefully that means we'll hear something this week, since it's two weeks since we got rfe and asked for review and a week since our case actually ended up on a supervisors desk. Fingers crossed!!!

I agree! It's hard not to be frustrated tho! Received checklist cover letter #7 today! Is this for reals? NVC's sending me one every other day.

Yeah! I was like, is sending me checklist cover letter is NVC's new hobby? Seriously, all of these RFEs every other day's tormenting me. I asked hubby to call them last night, then again, NVC just told us to disregard those RFE emails, and that our RFE response most prolly not yet being reviewed as of the moment. Its been a week since they've received our RFE response, and yet, still nothing. But yeah, we'll keep on praying that hopefully, before this week ends, case complete.

Maybe they're super busy right now, since it's taking so long for us to have our cases reviewed... or maybe it's just us being very very impatient NVC, come on and give us a Case Closed!

Do you email the DS-3032 after you pay the AOS bill right so that you can print out the barcode and send it right? is that how it works or am I missing something?

DS-3032 and AOS are separate tracks. This is generally how it goes:

-email DS-3032 template

-pay AOS bill

-once appearing as PAID, you can mail the AOS package

-wait for DS-3032 to be approved, then IV bill is invoiced

-pay IV bill

-once appearing as PAID, you can mail the IV package

The DS-3032 is part of the IV track. The AOS and IV are independent tracks, but both need to be completed before you can get a case complete.

Hi I am a September NOA2 as well and received my case number yesterday

So next step is to wait for Invoice number?

Also, Can I send send email for DS-3032 or do I wait for the DS-3032 to be generated by NVC?
