HELLO! Im glad you asked ..lol.. We are doing great! after being in AP hell for almost 5 months we got our VISA!!..:) He will be home mid oct...life is truely awesome .. thanks to everyone at VJ!! WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!...

HELLO! Im glad you asked ..lol.. We are doing great! after being in AP hell for almost 5 months we got our VISA!!..:) He will be home mid oct...life is truely awesome .. thanks to everyone at VJ!! WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!...

Congratulations on receiving your visa i can feel how happy and relieved you must feel and wow 5 months must have felt like hell! Is 5 months average/normal Ap time in morocco? I hope ours isn't that long ours began(i'm assuming) on sep15 the day of our interview the day they said your visa is approved congrats you'll get your visa in 2 weeks lol. I was just thinking that i bet AP time becomes more longer around sep 11 because of the anniversary of the attacks they are probably on more high alert. :blush: (hope i'm wrong)

Ditto October! We got our letter for his AOS appt. Nov. 7th, hope it goes smooth and well!

Taking the grandbaby to the pumpkin farm. I can't wait. He is now old enough to have some fun with.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

MORNING MENA! I sure miss the daily threads that we used to have around here. Everyone participated! It just seems like MENA is dying off!

Its a cool October morning. Just took my car in to the shop to see if they can find out what its problem is. Got the day off but have so much to do for the opening of our new abaya store up in Milwaukee.
