hey guys

I m really need au help i have some quistiones for you pleas help me

the I-130 aplicatione was aprouved on jun,16 and then the case number created in NVC jully,21 i m resident and I file this aplicatione for my wife

since the case number created i dont have the news about it. every time I call to the nvc they juste say waite now I dont know how long will take for the visa ,

I dont know if they will ask me about afidivaliy seporte or not , my laste quistione guys I will become citizenship usa in this december .after I become au new citizenship is does my wife recuve her visa quicly how long, I know i have to send the copy of my certificate to the NVC

and allsow I have au quistione about the Selective Service ,I been her in usa whene I was 26 years old permanent resident so do I have to bring the evidence to my enterview

i have no thing to show them because i dint heard all about it until I recuve the enterview notice thanks a lot guys . pleas help .;/

you petition for your wife on a permanent resident 1-130 now that you will soon be a us citizen, when you become a us citizen write a letter to upgrade your wifes petition as citizen,the selective service all male over 18 to 26 must register.when you go for the interview bring all your documents and evidence of bonafide marriage. good luck on your interview,

as soon as you got your case no.from nvc you should pay the aos.then after you pay your aos your wife should sent the ds3032 then after she send it.you can send your aos packet and pay for IV fee or better wait for your wife ds230 package so you guys send ds230 package and aos packet..just wonder you been waiting for nvc to do something?they wont do anything as long as you didnt make move too..you already waste too much time..pay the aos now..

Since you filed the I-130 for your wife as a permanent resident, your wife will have to wait for a visa number to become available before NVC will continue processing the case as there is a limit on the number of visas issued to spouses of LPRs.

However, when you become a citizen, you should write to the NVC to upgrade your wife's petition. As a US citizen, NVC will be able to process your case without having to wait for a visa number to become available for your wife.

I asked a question like this before and I was informed that once the case was approved by the USCIS they will forward it to NVC. Now NVC once there is an available visa for you that's the only time they will forward it to the embassy in your country. Now since you are not yet an american citizen i think it takes time. Once you get your citizenship you should update them so they can update the case and it would be a lot faster because you are now petitioning your wife/husband as an american citizen. You can also call the NVC and let them know that you are now an american citizen they can tell you which form you need to submit. I hope this helps.

yes brother I paid the 88.00 fee and the 404.00 fee for IV case AOS fee payment and I printe the receipte for bothe payment and the cover sheet for bothe payment allsow . well the 404.00 fee its on procesing it take two or there bisnes days to complet the payment . my quistione is . do I have to file DS-260 or DS-230 TO SEND IT out to the NVC how about faffidavit of support I-864 do I have to include it togather withe cover sheet and orginale dicument . or I have to waite the NVC to send me the packet withe instructione and I fellow them out . I m really need your help pleas . this case is for my wife wishe is in back my contry . and I juste become au us citizen and the status is updated all ready withe NVC that why they contacted me about my case . pleas give me your experience thank you
